Final Sale Items (No Returns, No Exchanges, No Warranties)
The following items are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and carry no warranties under any circumstances:
- Pads
- Tack
- Equine essentials
All sales on these items are final.
Horse Supplements Policy
Due to the nature of equine supplements:
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the product has been delivered.
⚠️ Important Notice:
All supplement tubes are subject to heat exposure during shipping, especially in summer months.
Leaking or softening of tubes may occur due to high temperatures.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
If your product arrives:
- Damaged
- Opened
- Severely leaking or broken due to shipping

Include:
- Photos of the box (all sides)
- Photos of the product (all sides)
- Your order number
We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and will only replace the item if damage occurred during transit and is approved by the carrier claim.
Shipping & Liability
SK Equine is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or any carrier)
- Late deliveries
- International duties or customs charges
We are not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
- Refunds may take up to 30 business days
- All refunds are subject to deduction of transaction fees (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and approved through the claims process.

Defects or Issues with Orders
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Photos must be provided
Failure to notify within 24 hours will void eligibility for replacement.
We are not responsible for:
- Damage caused by improper use or handling
- Incorrect sizing
- Color variations due to lighting or screen differences
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift:
- A store credit will be issued upon return (if eligible)
If not marked as a gift:
- Refund will be issued to the original purchaser
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For items over $75, we recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Purchasing shipping insurance
We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
